The outdoor living area is perfect for a summer day around the pool or a fall gathering to watch football. Its amenities include a fireplace, a grilling area, a pool, a hot tub and a pool bath.  Tucked away in a private area downstairs, the master bedroom is a perfect retreat. Also on the main floor you will find the study, the formal dining room and a guest bedroom. The centrally-located switchback staircase leads to the second-level’s three bedrooms, all with walk-in closets and three baths. The main feature of the second level is the recreation/media room, the ideal spot for nights of binge-watching your favorite television series.
