Custom Homes
Custom Homes, Built Around You
No two families live exactly alike. We believe no two custom homes should, either.
For 40 years, Dave Moore Companies has been building one-of-a-kind homes throughout Memphis and the Mid-South, bringing together thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship and decades of construction experience to create homes as individual as the people who live in them.
Our Approach
Your Vision. Our Experience.
Building a custom home is an opportunity to create something entirely your own—from the way rooms flow together to the materials, finishes and details that give a home its character.
At Dave Moore Companies, that process begins by listening.
Dave works closely with each homeowner and their team of architects and designers to understand not only what they want their home to look like, but how they want it to live. Every decision is considered in the context of the larger vision, with experienced guidance throughout the process and meticulous attention to the details that make a custom home truly custom.
The result is a home designed for the way you live today and built with the quality to endure for years to come.

The Process
From the First Idea to the Final Detail
A successful custom home is the product of hundreds of decisions—and a team you can trust to navigate them.
With four decades of experience in custom homebuilding, Dave brings perspective to every stage of the process: collaborating with architects and designers, evaluating plans, coordinating craftsmen and trades, navigating selections and construction, and ensuring the finished home lives up to the vision that inspired it.
Through it all, clients work with a builder who is accessible, involved and invested in getting the details right.
Because at Dave Moore Companies, custom isn't a style of home.
It's a way of building.
